Your PADI certification never expires; however, if you haven't been diving in a while, it's better to be over-prepared than risk a problem because you forget something important. For just a knowledge review, complete eLearning. To get comfortable in the water again, also schedule time with a dive professional.

The PADI ReActivate program is perfect if you have not been diving in a while and want a fun way to refresh your skills and check your buoyancy. You’ll need to have a credit card ready to pay PADI a fee (this includes the new ReActivated certification card you’ll receive after your training with Dive Friends).
The academic portion takes about 45 minutes to an hour and can be completed online with a tablet, mobile, or laptop. If you don’t have time to do this before your vacation, just relax on your beach chair and complete it on your tablet. After the academic portion is complete, contact us to arrange your in-water skill review. The cost includes a shallow guided dive.
